On behalf of Psi Xi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. I would like to welcome you to our website. We are a chapter that prides itself in "Real Brotherhood" above all else. We are committed to living the cardinal principles of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance and Uplift as prescribed by our illustrious Founders.

Psi Xi Chapter is continuing to lead in the local Oxnard community and surrounding communities of Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo Counties. We are active in many civic endeavors, including mentoring young men; providing scholarships; and working with the NAACP. Our focus is primarily on young men in their teens. We grapple with real-world issues such as; respectful relationships, integrity and honesty, honoring your word, and being a respectable citizen of the community.

 We hold our annual Scholarship Golf Tournament fundraiser in support of local scholarships and have awarded in excess of $200,000.00 to graduating seniors matriculating to colleges. Many of those young ladies and young men are now well established in their selected fields; having graduated. This is just a small token to reflect the type of leaders  we have in  Psi Xi Chapter and how we support our communities.

I am honored to lead this Chapter on to the next phase of Working Hard for Omega.  As shared by one of our founders the Most Honorable Bro. Bishop Edgar Amos Love (1891-1974) -- “Let’s keep the ideals high. It’s easy to go along with the crowd, but the man or woman who carries civilization afar is the individual who takes leadership and goes against the public opinion if it is not in harmony with the highest ideals of the organization.

Prove yourself to be a man. Prove yourself to be a true Omega Man.”
